Bespoke Session

An invitation to be met exactly where you are.

A bespoke session is yoga and sound healing, built around your body, your history, and whatever you are working through right now. You leave with a custom guide so the practice keeps going on your own.

Most classes are built for a room. This one is built for you. Whether you come on your own, with a loved one, or as an intimate group.

Mondays 12pm to 4 pm and Tuesdays 8 am to 1 pm, in person at Cima Wellness.

$175 per 60-minute private session, starting with a free fifteen-minute call.

Small group of two or three, 60 minutes: $250 per session.
